There are few dive centres in South India. And If you are coming to Kerala there are only two.
If is true that Kerala has a big coastal line. But scuba diving is very poor due to lots of hindrance to overcome from the political point of view.
Neel Diving, a dive centre in India is striving very much to come forward for making artificial reefs as a joint venture with the Government research institute.
